Sparkling Tea

Sparkling Tea refers to non-alcoholic, sparkling tea beverages with fine effervescence, structure, and aromatic depth. They are based on black tea, green tea, oolong, or herbal infusions, combined with flowers, peels, and other botanical ingredients.

Unlike Pet Nat Tea or kombucha, the carbonation does not have to be produced during fermentation. Thus, the spectrum ranges from mineral and straightforward to tart, warm, or floral.
