Dealcoholized wine

De-alcoholized wine starts out as classic wine: the grapes are harvested, fermented and matured before the alcohol is gently removed. Methods such as vacuum distillation or reverse osmosis are used for this.

The focus is on acidity, texture, grape variety and origin. Our deliberately small selection includes de-alcoholized wines from wineries that, despite the alcohol removal, retain a taste profile that is as distinct and balanced as possible.
