I am not full

I’m Not Full: alcohol-free Riesling and sparkling wine from the Palatinate. Winemaker and cellar master Christopher Full cultivates the base wines with the same care as his other wines and then gently removes the alcohol through vacuum distillation.

Riesling, Blanc de Blancs, and Sparkling Rosé remain close to their familiar taste: clear fruit and, depending on the cuvée, fine acidity, subtle yeast notes, or lively perlage. Uncomplicated, handcrafted, and with a good price-performance ratio.
